So...? Burlesque

So..? is a brand I've blogged about before; they're a favourite because they're inexpensive, good quality and very easy to get hold of. Stocked in Boots, Superdrug, Bodycare and other high street stores they don't pull on the purse strings at £5.99/30ml (*).

This is a new fragrance from So..? and it has a note of practically every gorgeous scent you could wish for. With top notes of mandarin, blackcurrant and apricot, heart notes of orange flower, jasmine and rose and base notes of amber, vanilla and patchouli it's a blend of fruity, floral and sweet; perfect for creating an enticing atmosphere with just a couple of sprays.

The bottle is matte black with a bright pink lid and name across the front. It certainly stands out against my glass fragrance bottles and white counter top - impressive considering how cluttered everything in my bedroom is! Click here (!) to see my last review and look at the differences between the two scents.

In all honesty this isn't a fragrance I would have thought to have bought for myself if I was looking for something new, but as with the last time I tried out So...? products I have found myself incredibly impressed with the longevity of the scent on my skin and the quality of the perfume itself.

So...? Kiss Me

If you grew up in the 90s like I did you're probably familiar with the So...? fragrance range. For me the So...? body sprays were always in my school bag, PE bag and chucked around my bedroom alongside other drug store spritzes and sprays. At 13 years old I wasn't really heading for the Chanel counter when I went into town with my best friend and giggled at the boys who could skateboard. We would always go to Boots or Superdrug and stock up on fragrances that we could apply liberally before we went "out" (to the park....) and by liberally I mean half a can in one go kind of liberally!

So...? With Attitude don't just limit themselves to body sprays, there are perfumes too. Aimed at teenagers and youngsters their whole range of perfumes cover any occasion without having to spend a fortune on a bottle. The pictured product is the Eau de Toilette in So...? Kiss me. At £5.99* for 30ml this scent is light and fruity with hints of blackcurrant, vanilla and musk. It's not overpowering at all like some perfumes can be and is pretty long lasting. I tend to spritz around my wrists, neck and near the back of my ears (normal or not?) which gives my hair a slight scent so if I feel like swishing my locks around they leave some fruity smells in my wake!

You can also pair this Eau de Toilette with the body spray of the same name for a longer lasting scent. I think this is a great idea because you won't work through the Eau de Toilette too quickly if you can use the body fragrance over your torso and then one or two sprays of the Eau de Toilette to make the scent more concentrated over your pulse points.

You can pick both of these products up at a number of retailers : Boots, Superdrug, Tesco, ASDA, Sainsbury's, Bodycare, Wilkinsons and Savers (phew!) for an RRP of £5.99* (30ml) / £9.99 (50ml) for the Eau de Toilette and £1.95 (75ml) for the Body Fragrance.

Overall I really like these fragrances even though they're aimed at a slightly younger target audience than myself. I wouldn't buy them as gifts for people my age but I would definitely buy them for my younger cousins and of course I'd recommend them to my brother to buy for any of his "girlfriends"! I think they're perfect for anyone attending school too as they fit perfectly in a make-up or washbag for after a PE lesson.
