Elf Professional Foundation Brush

Last week I decided to place an order with Eyes Lips Face make up since they had a fantastic sale on.
I paid £8.40 for 3 items including delivery; a foundation brush, a pencil sharpener for eyeliners and a lip pencil.
Unfortunately I'm really unimpressed with the lip pencil as it definitely isn't the same colour as the swatch online but I suppose that's what you get when ordering items like that without being able to test the colours.

The foundation brush is what I really want to talk about. It's soft but has quite densely packed bristles which really help keep the application of my foundation smooth. I find it gives even coverage across the face, I only have the blend in my foundation with my fingers to avoid brush marks but I prefer doing that over setting it with powder straight away. It also doesn't pick up excess liquid without being able to deposit it back on the skin. I find that my Mac brush does this and tends to get clogged with foundation very quickly.
So, overall this product is well worth paying a whole £1.50 for! I'm going to see how this fairs over time but even if it isn't particularly long lasting I'll just buy another one!

What do you think of ELF cosmetics? I know some people have been very disappointed in the past...
