So I put this little set together to show you my favourite picks from the high-street for Mum this Mother's Day. My mama is a big lover of M&S and she keeps fawning over the Spring Meadow dining set! It's so gorgeous so I might be going to to try and justify it this weekend! The BHS throw is perfect for a comfy Sunday doing some sofa surfing and the beauty picks are just to spoil all the pretty mamas everywhere!

I don't know why the quality of this is so awful, I saved it from polyvore but I think it messed with the file, oopsies.. anyway, a standard wishlist post tonight - I have a few of these items but the Litas and the Del Rey would pretty much complete my life.

Knitwear - Miss Selfridge vs. Topshop

I don't know about you, but I'm still in winter mode and with snow forecast in the South of England I'm on the hunt for some snuggly jumpers. After searching online for wooly warmth I resorted to the old faithfuls, Topshop & Miss Selfridge.
I trawled the knitwear sections on both, but for me the winner here is Miss Selfridge! I just bought the jumper in the middle at the top and I'm so excited for it to arrive. I plan on pairing it with black jeans and my black or nude studded Vectra slippers.

Miss Selfridge have currently got 20% NUS discount too so with £7.60 off (covering the delivery charge!) I definitely couldn't refuse.. 

It was hard for me to choose though, I couldn't help but think about how amazing my best friend and I would look walking next to each other in the X O jumpers ;)

Shoe Envy : Topshop

I have fallen in love with Topshop shoes recently! Being 5' 3" I'm a sucker for platform heels, and these shoes are perfect! The nude and black pairs are £65 and the faux snakeskin are £88 (here, here & here)

The brown moccasin pair are £62 here. They're not to my usual taste but they'd go nicely with black or blue jeans and a big (faux) fur coat! 

The middle pair really caught my eye, and I don't usually like shoes with ankle straps as I have very narrow ankles and I feel like an ankle strap draws attention to them. Having said that, I'd like to try this pair. The strap combined with the green transparent heel really makes a statement and I'd definitely like to wear these!

Christmas List 2011 ... Part One

Christmas cannot come quickly enough for me! I absolutely love the holiday season and buying presents for my better half, best friends and family is so much fun. I love choosing matching wrapping paper/ribbons and the little things that make getting presents the best.......

however, I love getting presents.. who doesn't! So I've made a little Christmas list to share with you...
