Miss KG Nude Patent Flats

I've loved Kurt Geiger since I got my first pair a few years ago. They were a Christmas present from my parents and they have been worn a grand total of ONE TIME. I sort of hate myself for it because they're such beautiful heels but I'm just not coordinated enough to put one foot in front of the other in them. Flats however are something I can do, thank goodness (or I'd have no hope). These are Miss KG by Kurt Geiger. Aimed at a younger audience than the more high-end Kurt Geiger collections these were so reasonably priced I was in awe.

Not only are they chic, they were only £35.00 - the price swayed me to buy them instantly. I probably won't wear them for a month or so as the weather is too dreary to risk a mud stain but I'm looking forward to our Spring time holiday as they'll be perfect for the evenings! I bought mine in a size 6 - there's no half sizes to try them on first!

I can't wait to pair these with some jeans or with a light, flowy skirt when I'm near the beach, finally!!

Would you go for any other Miss KG shoes? I nearly bought these ones too (click!) but had to stop myself so there was something I could treat myself to next month!

Ted Baker - S/S 14 Footwear

Contrary to what the weather may have us believing, Spring isn't actually that far away. Although I can't quite see myself skipping through fields of daisies barefoot with a flower crown just yet I can certainly see myself expanding my footwear collection with the help of Ted Baker's upcoming releases.

Already unveiled in their mini catalogue there are of course florals, pastels and prints to feast your eyes on. The footwear collection compliments the S/S clothing line perfectly, there's a whole host of pastels and brights to finally bring some life into wardrobes around the globe. Thank G O D! I love me some black but it's getting repetitive...

My favourites from the S/S footwear releases are the Jemmee jelly shoes - there's a whole bunch of colours including an embellished nude and a pastel green. I'd love to pair these with either some plain, black jeans or a skater skirt (once I've given my pasty white legs a bit of a tan....).

For a Spring wedding there are some gorgeous printed heels, particularly the Luceey pairs. They come in a contrasting white and blue print which would stand out amongst everyone else's plain pumps.

Finally, as I have Bestival on the brain I've got my eye on the wellies. I LOVE them! Perfect for keeping some elements of festival going chic, even if my hair might be looking questionable by day 3!

What do you think? I'm crossing everything that I can pick up a pair when the brighter months roll around!

Summer Wishlist #1

So, we get about 3.456 nanoseconds of sun and every blogger and their mum is making a summer wishlist set, which is absolutely fine by me! I'm always wanting more to add to my wardrobe / nail polish / jewellery collection and these are my current wants needs!

L- R (sort of...)
Rings: Batya Kebudi rose gold heart ring here (click!) and Ariane Arazi gold plated crown ring here (click!). Pink Cambridge Satchel here (click!). Denim shirt here (click!). Floral jeans here (click!). Mulberry bracelet here (click!). Essie Madison Ave-hue here (click!) and Lapiz of Luxury here (click!). Burt's Bees Grapefruit lip balm here (click!). Zara platform black heels here (click!) and wooden sandals here (click!).

So. I'm choosing not to total what all of this would be to buy but I might stagger these purchases over the next few months.... starting with those floral jeans!

pink, it was love at first sight!

As we all know this month is Breast Cancer Awareness month and numerous companies and brands have turned some of their products pink in support of this.
Being someone who is in full support of all research dedicated to curing cancer as well as an avid lover of all things pink I compiled a little post on the top pink products out there that won't just be around for October.

Jumper [1] Jeans [2] Nail Polish [3] Lipstick [4] Bronzer [5] Shoes [6] iPad Case [7]

So, are you thinking pink?

Jeffrey Campbell Stud Lita - AAAAH!

It is safe to say that I have the best bunch of friends in the world - after heading out for drinks yesterday I was given a group birthday gift from my friends from school. After stalking my little blog over summer they had spied this post from a few months ago and bought me these very vicious looking babies!

I am absolutely thrilled because I nearly bought a different pair on holiday but these are even better! I'm not sure when to wear them yet - maybe at halloween or if I ever dress like a member of Kiss or Slade but if I get an outfit together this will be the first place I post about it!

About the shoes themselves - they're black leather with a 13cm wooden heel and stud and star detailing across both the folded cuff and the toe. The concealed platform is 5cms making them surprisingly easy to walk in and although the shoe itself is solid they're not too tight across my foot, although I have incredibly narrow feet so it might rub if your feet are wider than mine. The only concern is the studs go slightly lower on the inside of the cuff than shown here but when worn with jeans or disco pants they wouldn't rub against your ankle.
The box is the best shoe box I've ever seen! I love the cats everywhere and there's a big pink MEOW written on the side, amazing!

This pair are an online exclusive at Office.co.uk with an RRP of £135.

Again, a big thank you to the Princesses, I absolutely L O V E them and it was a complete surprise. You are all fantastic ♡.

Shoe Envy : Topshop

I have fallen in love with Topshop shoes recently! Being 5' 3" I'm a sucker for platform heels, and these shoes are perfect! The nude and black pairs are £65 and the faux snakeskin are £88 (herehere & here)
The brown moccasin pair are £62 here. They're not to my usual taste but they'd go nicely with black or blue jeans and a big (faux) fur coat!
The middle pair really caught my eye, and I don't usually like shoes with ankle straps as I have very narrow ankles and I feel like an ankle strap draws attention to them. Having said that, I'd like to try this pair. The strap combined with the green transparent heel really makes a statement and I'd definitely like to wear these!

What's caught your eye in Topshop at the moment?
